Transaction Finality
All sales made through Spay India are considered final. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed or canceled. Users are encouraged to review their orders and details carefully before proceeding with payment.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only provided in cases of duplicate transactions or errors directly attributable to Spay India. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date and must include valid proof of the issue.
Virtual Wallet Policy
Funds loaded into the virtual wallet are non-refundable and non-transferable. Wallet balances must be used for transactions within the Spay India platform and cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash.
Third-Party Services
Spay India is not responsible for the refund policies of third-party service providers accessed through our platform. Users are advised to review the terms of these services before engaging in any transactions.
Service Cancellation
Once a service is availed, it cannot be canceled. In cases where a service has not been activated or used, users may request cancellation by contacting our support team within 24 hours of purchase.
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, users must email support@spayindia.com with transaction details, proof of issue, and a clear explanation of the problem. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Spay India reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Users are advised to review the Refund and Cancellation Policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
